The dish is generously topped with a plethora of direct-fire stir-fried vegetables, four slices of chashu, and grated fresh ginger for an accent. This is the talked-about "Chantanmen." Complementing it is a hefty homemade chicken thigh karaage, weighing 60g each, aptly named the Chantanmen and Karaage set, or "Tankara."
